Harvey, Escott & Co., established 1994 are dedicated to offering a professional, efficient and friendly service to all our clients.

Hilary Escott qualified in 1990 and is a member of S.T.E.P. (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners), Law Society Family Law Panel and Solicitors for the Elderly. She deals with WILLS, PROBATE, POWERS OF ATTORNEY, LIVING WILLS, DIVORCE, FAMILY MATTERS, APPLICATIONS TO COURT RE CHILDREN (CONTACT ETC), PRE MARITAL /LIVING TOGETHER/ SEPARATION AGREEMENTS, DEBT COLLECTION AND GENERAL LEGAL WORK.

She is assisted by Patrick Smith, Solicitor, who deals with Commercial and Conveyancing matters. Patrick qualified in 1975 and has wide experience in legal matters.

Also at the firm are Mandy Mapes and Pam Parkes, Conveyancing Assistants who deal with Residential/Commercial Conveyancing, Transfers of Equity, Remortgages, Equity Release Schemes etc.

The team is completed by secretarial staff Hilary Skeens and Ria Jennings.
