Family
Hilary Escott is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and has
considerable experience in dealing with matrimonial work including Divorce,
Judicial Separation, Separation Agreements and Ancillary matters. At

as amicably as possible and to avoid the need to resort to Court Hearings
if at all feasible. It helps to have someone who is independent and
not emotionally involved looking at the facts and trying to obtain the
best and fairest result available and ensuring that agreements are placed
on a formal footing by way of Court Order where appropriate.

you trust to act as Executors and Trustees who will be responsible for
ensuring fair distribution and if necessary investment of your assets.
If you have young children, you are able to appoint guardians to look
